The Vauxhall Corsa D 1.3L CDTI (2007-2010) uses the Marelli MJD603 type ECU which suffer from a series of common faults, water damage being very frequent. We repair/rebuild these and have done so to over two thousand units since Christmas 2015. Our success rate is over 98% from those initially determined repairable.

The Renault Laguna II suffers from water/acid damage to the ECU as it sits under the vehicle battery. Cought early enough we can repair your unit. If not, we can often supply a replacement, coded as per the original unit.

We see immobiliser coding failure fairly frequently and can generally reset your ECU coding to allow reprogramming, we can also program and fit and emulator to make it free running. We can also program a designated security code and if applicable a VIN coding to your ECU. If your unit is beyond help we can clone your ECU to a donor unit. Intermittent non-start is becoming more frequent as is water damage, we can normally provide a permanent and reliable solution.

Bosch EDC16CP33 Vauxhall Vivaro/Renault Trafic/Nissan Primastar 2L Diesel

These ECU's also have several common faults and normally we can repair your unit or again, worst case, supply a replacement. Bosch numbers include 0281014208 and 0281014648.


Vauxhall 1.7L EDU pump control unit

Having just rebuilt our 2000th unit we can proudly say that there are very few of these we cannot correct. Normally causing intermittent cutting out/stalling or total non-start issues with a P0251 fault code amongst others.
